this is a group of 3 apartment buildings, with maximum levels S+P+8, situated in the north side of Bucharest, in Voluntari, on Pipera-Tunari street.
these buildings have a total of 174 private apartments, comercial stores, fitness and gym, a pool, children’s playgrounds, an underground level with 290 parking lots and a tennis court in east side of the perimeter.
the upper level apartments have big terraces wich have resulted from the volumetric retreat of the bulding’s levels, as they go up. these terraces have a spread vegetation planted like the “suspended gardens”
