Authors’ Comment
The main goal of the project is improving the lives of residents in Beclean, but also in the nearby areas by upgrading the infrastructure, social and recreational services.
The proposal contributes directly to attaining the regional administration’s goals and to creating a comprehensive social services system, capable of improving social inclusion of all vulnerable categories as well as residents’ lives.
The center will be run by the local authorities and will integrate social, educational, cultural, sports, creative services that will benefit the community members, regardless of gender or age, including people with social integration difficulties, social risk and other disadvantaged categories.
The proposal aims to contribute to the resolution of the identified deficitary aspects as part of the administration’s strategy of finding integrated solutions for the sustainable development and improvement in the life quality of the community members.
