Individual House Architecture

the section includes all projects focused on individual housing. Participating projects must be carried out in Bucharest or in the country by OAR Bucharest architects, as well as by OAR architects from the country who built in Bucharest. Romanian architects established abroad can participate with projects that fall within this section. The projects must be completed in the last 4 years and not have participated in other editions of the Bucharest Annual.

Collective Housing Architecture

the section includes all projects focused on collective housing. Participating projects must be carried out in Bucharest or in the country by OAR Bucharest architects, as well as by OAR architects from the country who built in Bucharest. Romanian architects established abroad can participate with projects that fall under this section, regardless of whether they are OAR members or not. The projects must be completed in the last 4 years and not have participated in other editions of the Bucharest Annual.

Public Architecture

the section includes all projects with the following architecture program: office, administration, tourism, health, cults, culture, sports, industry. The projects must be realized in Bucharest or in the country by the OAR Bucharest architects, as well as by the OAR architects from the country who built in Bucharest. Romanian architects established abroad can participate with projects that fall under this section, regardless of whether they are OAR members or not. The projects must be completed in the last 4 years and not have participated in other editions of the Bucharest Annual.

Architecture and Heritage

in the section there are restoration projects, conservation but also intervention projects on existing buildings, rehabilitations. The projects must be carried out in Bucharest or in the country by OAR Bucharest architects, as well as by OAR architects from the country who built in Bucharest. Romanian architects established abroad can participate with projects that fall under this section, regardless of whether they are OAR members or not. The projects must be completed in the last 4 years and must not have participated in other editions of the Bucharest Annual.

Projects

Architecture and Public Space

within the section, there are projects made by spatial arrangements public and installations with the role of activating the public space. Public space has a large dimension and here are invited projects from all areas of public space, from the arrangement of squares, alleys, squares, to garden and parks, recreational areas, green areas, but also experiments and actions aimed at public space. The projects must be completed in the last 4 years and not have participated in other editions of the Bucharest Annual.
