Daniela Crăciunoiu

Graduated from the Faculty of Architecture of the Ion Mincu University of Architecture and Urbanism in 2010. He became assistant at the Basics of Design - UAUIM in 2023. Founds Monocrom Studio in 2017, being passionate about architecture and design in equal measure. She is an advocate for bringing interwar buildings and spaces into contemporary. Equally, she is a supporter of quality contemporary architecture achieved through teamwork. 

Daniela won the first prize (Best design award) at the Romanian-Japanese workshop on “Theatrical themes and temporary architecture” - prof. Tetsuo Furuichi, which took place in Bucharest on October 3-6, 2009 (part of the team). 

She was awarded with Mention at the international competition organized by Arquitectum in 2011 with the theme “Luxury Hotel in Mong Kok, Hong Kong” (team coordinator within Re-Act Now Studio).

In 2024, she was awarded with Mention at the international solutions competition “Colentina Lakes” organized by OAR in partnership with the City Hall of Sector 2 (consortium leader in a multidisciplinary team of around 20 people).
