Davide Macullo

Jury member for the Built Architecture category, 2025 edition

Davide Macullo Studied art, architecture and interior design. He currently lives and works in Lugano, Switzerland.

He was project architect in Mario Botta's studio for 20 years (1990-2010), responsible for more than 200 international projects worldwide. He opened his own studio in 2000.

His works have been published and awarded both at home and abroad.

Selected realized projects include the WAP ART Foundation mixed-use gallery and apartment in Gangnam Seoul, South Korea, the new Assuta hospital in Ashdod, Israel, the 5* hotel and spa facilities in Greece, the Jansen AG headquarters in Oberriet, Switzerland, the private museum in Jeju, South Korea, several houses and residences in Switzerland and abroad, master planning, furniture design and contemporary art consultancy for clients.

Current projects include the new Hotel Health and Wellness Palace Chenot in Weggis, Switzerland and Marbella, Spain, houses and residential buildings in Switzerland, a seaside villa in Heraklion, Greece, residential projects in Ukraine; international competitions.
