Enea Michelesio

Enea Michelesio is an Italian architect based in Copenhagen. He studied architecture at Università IUAV di Venezia and developed a significant part of his career at BIG – Bjarke Ingels Group, where he became an Associate and contributed to international architecture and urban development projects, including NOMA 2.0 in Copenhagen; he later worked at SHL – Schmidt Hammer Lassen Architects. His work promotes the transformation and adaptive reuse of existing buildings, context-sensitive interventions and the integration of environmental responsibility into the design process, combining Scandinavian experience with a strong sensitivity to Italian material culture and landscape.
