Eliminating the median area between traffic lanes

The purpose of this study is to achieve an urban regeneration that will bring green areas closer to pedestrians. With this project, we proposed to eliminate the median area between the carriageways and "move" this surface to the areas adjacent to the pedestrian spaces. This surface can be used to widen the pavement area, bring green spaces closer to pedestrians or create new routes for cyclists, thus encouraging people to have an active lifestyle.
