The house benefits from the tranquility typical of a predominantly residential neighborhood, dominated by individual homes, specifically the Bucureștii Noi district. The exterior design of the house can be defined by the simplicity of its architectural lines. The structure opens toward the courtyard through a glass partition, spanning three levels. The ground floor accommodates the living area, while the first floor and attic host the night area with three bedrooms. The interior design is focusing on the ground floor living area.

The interior design concept, inspired by the shapes and materials of the façade and the exterior appearance of the house, represents a natural continuation, both design and in terms of materials used. It combines minimalism with color accents that provide focal points within the design. The space is defined by simple lines and materials that create a warm and welcoming atmosphere. The color scheme is neutral, dominated by shades of beige and gray, balanced by various tones of wood and natural green.

Access to the living area is made through the vestibule, with the dining space being the focal point of the arrangement, serving as the meeting place for family and guests. It connects directly with the living room and kitchen, with the open space approach designed to amplify and fluidize the area, thus creating a unified whole from the three functional components of the living zone. The living room shapes an intimate and welcoming space, opening through large windows toward the garden. The interior-exterior fusion is further emphasized by the addition of large natural plants within the design. The selected furniture pieces, such as the table, chairs, sofa, coffee tables, and armchair, were chosen to counterbalance the straight lines of the background created by the house's constructive elements, such as walls, ceilings, and exposed beams.

The entire design is focused on functionality and comfort, creating a perfect space for urban living, and the layout reflects a design philosophy where aesthetics and functionality harmonize with each other.
