A site of 90 sq m had to accommodate a modern dwelling while the ground floor had to enable the access not just in this building but also in the house nearby, therefore a shared interior garden was just one of the many peculiarities of this project. Shared interior gardens that serve up to three houses, an intensive occupation of the site, all this and other specific details create a place with a strong identity. The closeness to the sea also irradiates physical and meta-physical constrains. Orientation directions emerge as every house searches for a small glimpse of the nearby waterfront.
