Ad'A Villas

Authors’ Comment

The land with a pronounced gradient hosts the Adá villas connected but not too; link is only into the entrance area where the building looks compact and does not make you suspect that in fact there are two duplexes. Architectural expression is introverted, offering the streets of opaque facades with unique accents the unusually high wooden doors and the wide cover as an airplane with intrados wood. The upper level is the diurnal, then descends with the land to the bedrooms; Due to the configuration of the land, all areas are oriented east / south to the valley of the Prahova river; Architecture is simple, vernacular even with modernist interpretations of the roof structure.
