Authors’ Comment
Starting from the premise that we should only build in a sustainable way, this project was designed to promote the principles of environmentally conscious architecture, regardless of budget. Our approach was designed to obtain a house with minimal impact on the environment and a beneficial contribution to the occupants' health. In this regard, we proposed a timber structure from FSC certified forest exploitations, interior finishes with low VOC emissions, good ventilation and space illumination, as well as careful management of energy consumption.Related projects:
