Authors’ Comment

The Casa Angus space is arranged on the ground floor of a building built in 1914, in an eclectic style. The interactive concept of trade and beef bar is supported by a simple but dynamic arrangement, which integrates and enhances the two functions.
The furniture is adapted to the speed of consumption, with high tables and chairs for customers with a busy schedule, who prefer not to spend too much time indoors, and low furniture for those who want to quietly enjoy the steak of Angus matured 50 days, with a glass of red wine. The custom seats were made by adapting the seat and back of some disused stadium seats to a new metal support, bringing in space designed by reuse & recycle and, at the same time, reflecting the passion for sport of the beneficiaries.
The seat taken from a disused sports space was disassembled keeping the seat and backrest which were mounted on a metal frame with a diameter of ⌀10 mm. It was executed in 2 dimensional variants.
The table took over the suppleness of the chairs. The high table is designed asymmetrically to be able to mold to the shape of the side seat of the bench. The low table is designed symmetrically to furnish the axis of the Angus logo.
