F chair

Authors’ Comment

“F chair” pays homage to the Danish design of the 1950s and has some details influenced by Japanese traditional joinery.
The chair is made of birch plywood, is flat pack / DIY, and has no mechanical or glued joints. The joints are designed so that they get tightened gravitationally and by using the chair.
The arms and backrest are continuous and positioned inclined for comfort.
It is an object with an attitude that invites you to tell a story.
