Authors’ Comment
The realization of the ensemble was aimed at solving the needs of the beneficiary, who will relocate and expand its activity from Bucharest, while being concerned about the endowment of a developing area of Otopeni city- a mixed area of services and housing.C1 (offices) has been flown on 4 levels, providing the necessary area for the main activity, complemented by several meeting rooms, showrooms, offices, lobby, cafeteria and fitness. C2 (storage) - linked to C1 through a walkway - was resolved in P + 1 mode. If the ground floor supports the main function (both on the shelf and in the cold rooms), the floor represents an extension of the C1 destination, offering the same level of comfort and finishing quality, the offices being complemented by an area dedicated to servicing equipment.
