CMMT house

Two T-shaped boxes under a large roof that adds indoor and outdoor living areas, this is the simple concept of the CMMT house. A little more elaborate in shape than how children are used to drawing a house with a sloping roof, 2 windows, a door and a chimney, the CMMT Black House is the expression of simplicity to live outside the city. The T-shape of the house is made up of three distinct wings that clearly reflect the nocturnal and daytime zoning and the joining point is the main entrance and the wide lobby that allows for a fluent and yet short access to every room of the house.
