The building concept is situated on an idyllic beach in Zanzibar, with direct access to the Indian Ocean, and aspires to become a high-end beach club. The client envisions a distinctive space offering a wide variety of services, including multiple pools, a spa area, restaurants, a club, two beach bars, beach sports, and water sports.
The club can be accessed by road, helicopter (thanks to the helipad atop one of the restaurants), yacht, or even seaplane. Upon arrival, guests are welcomed by an impressive structure shaped like stylized wings, evoking the feeling of entering a luxurious paradise of relaxation. The architectural design thoughtfully connects the complex’s name with its overall theme, creating a unique visual experience.
At the entrance, visitors are led to an elegant reception area equipped with changing rooms, from which they can explore various sections of the complex: pools, spa, restaurants, or play areas.
The futuristic architectural design features organic shapes and flowing lines that blend seamlessly with the tropical environment. The central space is anchored by a circular pool, surrounded by loungers and umbrellas, offering stunning views of the beach.
White, circular architectural elements contrast beautifully with Zanzibar's lush greenery and golden sands. The curved roofs with circular openings further integrate nature into the design.
The spa area boasts premium facilities, including a wet sauna, snow shower, therapeutic showers (leg shower, rain shower, aquapressure), a hair spa, and massage rooms. Each room is adorned with semi-precious stones like agate, jasper, labradorite, and tiger's eye, providing both a striking aesthetic and wellness benefits, with each stone serving a specific purpose.
The pool area features a large central pool, three smaller pools for children, a saltwater pool, and a magnesium pool, all thoughtfully arranged to ensure privacy and relaxation.
The restaurant and nightclub areas are complemented by two beach bars located near the water, offering an ideal setting for romantic dinners or proposals. The furniture design in these spaces reflects the elegance and refinement of the entire complex, mirroring the delicacy and fluidity of the stylized wings at the entrance.
Every aspect of this exclusive complex has been meticulously designed to offer a complete and unforgettable experience in a breathtaking tropical paradise.
