The restaurant is located in the center of Câmpulung Moldovenesc and is housed in a building dating back to the early 20th century. Historical research using photographs, postcards, and advertisements from the interwar period revealed the building's evolution. In a 1935 tourist guide of Câmpulung County, an advertisement for the building and its owner, Dr. I. Svoracovschi, was found. At that time, the building functioned as a guesthouse known as the "Park," offering 14 comfortable rooms and surrounded by a private garden.
In 1950, the building was requisitioned and transformed into the Pioneers' House, with the garden becoming a public park. After the Revolution, the building housed the Children's Club and was later returned to its rightful owners. In 2022, the building underwent extensive rehabilitation initiated by local entrepreneurs. The renovation included changing its function and enhancing the green space in front of the building.
The architectural intervention focused on preserving the original volume and restoring the building’s appearance from the interwar period. The restoration work included repairing the façade's terasit plaster, reconstructing deteriorated decorative elements at the roof level using original materials and techniques, and integrating new interventions to highlight the historical stages the building has undergone over time. This approach aimed to preserve the building's architectural integrity while offering a layered reading of its historical evolution.
