Authors’ Comment

Located on Splaiul Independentei 17, the Perfect Simplu Izvor cafe is a welcoming space with a warm, unpretentious design that encourages socializing and relaxation. The project made by 441 Design
Powerhouse targeted the intervention in terms of furniture and lighting, harmoniously integrating wood accents and creating a cozy environment.
The furniture, made mainly of beech plywood, contributes to the creation of a natural atmosphere and
friendly The layout of the bar, shop, and brew bar areas has been designed to use the space efficiently,
capitalizing on the two existing pillars and outlining a zig-zag layout inspired by the logo
Perfectly Simple. This distinctive shape is also found in design details such as the metal handle
of the access door, which reflects the visual identity of the brand.
The bar, clad in bonded with a brushed finish, introduces a modern touch that subtly contrasts with the atmosphere
overall. White composite tops add functionality without breaking the balance of the space.
Ambient lighting has been carefully chosen, contributing to the visual comfort of customers. Three lampshades from
rice paper from Hey, in different sizes, creates a warm and diffused light, while the sconces type
globe in the brew bar area and on the top highlight the cafe's areas of interest.
A distinctive element in this project is the lightbox located on the wall to the right of the entrance. With
a cable dressed in yellow fabric, it attracts attention and is plastered with the name of the cafe,
Perfectly Simple, becoming a visual landmark for visitors.
The tables and chairs, carefully selected together with the owner, integrate perfectly into the design
overall, ensuring the aesthetic and functional coherence of the space.
