Authors’ Comment
The project proposes rehabilitation of the villa built in 1890 and adaptive reuse : in the main volume, the reception area on the ground floor will be an exhibition and in the attic will be the foyer for the conference and concert hall ; the new hall with 300 seats will be built over the annex located behind the property, the secondary volume. The estetic- compositional vocabulary used proposes to highlight the contrast between the two volumes, the old one and the new one.Related projects:
