The theme of the client was the creation of a living space with access as separate as possible, instead of the old attic, intervening as little as possible on the existing apartment on the ground floor.
The intervention consisted in the demolition of the old roof with four slopes, the partial consolidation of the existing construction, the demolition and structural consolidation of the access hall to host a staircase and the construction of a new roof, in two slopes, with a more generous volume.
