In this project, an attempt was made to transform an existing structure, with the authorization issued in 2010 with office functions - into the function of collective housing. These transformations are frequent in big cities and represent an aesthetic and functional challenge for architects. The biggest problems are the lighting of spaces and the distribution of traffic. The volume was remodeled and light structures were added to insert terraces and balconies. The building has three basements and nine above-ground floors, and the apartments have two or three rooms and are executed at a high-end quality level.
