New-Old Home embodies the respect for the past with new elements that blend together to revitalize an old home. The design is the result of permanent re-evaluation of the proposed solutions according to the information that the old construction revealed during the execution. Without any interventions over the atypical architectural plan, the presence of the old is revealed in subtle details. Using only natural materials such as wood, stone and iron, the appearance of the interiors is minimalist, being subordinated to the structural solutions and consolidation elements.
