Situated in one of the most luxurious apartment buildings on the Romanian seaside area, the apartment has a great advantage, and that is the abundant natural light through East West orientation. Starting from this, and with the acceptance of the clients, we have allowed to introduce some darker colors and to use materials with a more austere hue in contrast the seashore. The existing marble tiles onf the floor has been kept, as well as bathroom finishes along with sanitary items. The first intervention occurred in the kitchen, which was necessary to communicate with the living room, thus making the kitchen a much more airy and illuminated space. The color palette chosen for the kitchen was minimized, creating a black and white contrast. The adjoining area is the living room, which has a sea-view and direct access to the main terrace. The living room, along with other bedrooms, is treated a little more intensely by adopting special finishes, wallpaper with motifs, tapestries and natural marble such as Nero Marquina. The pieces of furniture are made of MDF and chrome elements with an elegant vibe. In contrast to the black marble and the gray special paint on the walls, it was chosen to place mirrors of different sizes, with the effect of increasing the space. The only bedroom that did not respect the above rules is the child's, where the bright colors were kept, and elements there wanted to highlight the personality of a young lady.
