Landmark of the old Sevastopol street front at the end of the XIXth century, its conversion expresses the will to preserve an edifice by acknowledging the heritage value but also by bringing back the lost utility through the new spaces of a medical facility. Originally a private house with a classical plan, it benefits now from a converted attic into medical offices, making a spatial connection between reception spaces and the clinic. Restored façades and rich interior spaces with artistic components in the main building , the annex with preserved facades and an interior adapted to new functions, the conversion was an exercise to merge restoration with reinventing meanings for spaces of no value.Related projects:
