Authors’ Comment

Opened in 1978, named “Flora” until 1998, the Crowne Plaza Hotel has always been linked to the idea of treatment and health. Therefore the modernization of the treatment area of the hotel was a very important mission for our team. In the realization of the project we turned constantly to the three main characteristics of the original building: the openness towards nature, the clarity of the geometry and the fluidity of space, generating for the user a journey of senses on 1000 square meters, from the pool to the wet and dry treatment areas, to the yoga and fitness rooms.
