Urban Privileged House

Authors’ Comment

The privileged house has always been fascinating, because of its experimental approach. The keypoint of this proposal, to insert a house into the old urban fabric of Bucharest , is to mentain and offer a future continuity to a programme which tends to disappear from this central area of the city; to find an anchor to the built and cultural context. Also, a good opportunity to work on a project from the urban scale to the detail - architectural language, functionality and technology.
