Authors’ Comment

The character of the terrain, the orientation towards the cardinal points and the relations that are established, determined an enclosure type development, having as defining elements the school and the accommodation. The school maintains, through parallelism, the character of the main street in the area which is known for the auto parts trade, and becomes the backdrop for a series of such spaces, re-designed with the new intervention. The accommodation volume, set at an angle to the school, opens the composition to the access zone, maximizing the space of the inner courtyard.
