On Paris street, at number 9, in a beautiful villa
interwar period, the Pazo showroom was located,
one of the most prestigious suppliers of finishes
inside the country. We wanted to reimagine
the usual experience of visiting a showroom,
creating a warm, intimate, lively atmosphere. The concept has
based on a few defining lines: preserving the distinction
history of the house, by reconditioning the elements
legacies and their incorporation into a contemporary framework;
the efficiency of the space to be able to exhibit airily
as many products as possible; functionality and pragmatism,
while keeping the delicate and poetic imprint
typical of our style.
In a simple but suggestive scenography, with an expressive chromaticity in its precision - on the spectrum of shades of gray with rich plant inserts -, the interventions and objects on display compose a unitary language, belonging to the same universe, and this transforms any visit
in a pleasant immersion. Moreover, the pieces – of
to ceramic tiles to sanitary objects - they are not insulated times
strung together, but placed in context, in an inspiring configuration
and refers, as concretely as possible, to a possible micro household.
Thus, all these products play a role as well
they end up telling a story you can identify with, again
the entire showroom takes on a human scale of representation.
Because you can see, on the spot, what a sink looks like
in a small bathroom, for example.
Inventive and generous display solutions have
also allowed as realistic a presentation as possible
products from the Pazo portfolio and their versions, in
different colors and textures – because that's the meaning
a visit to the showroom, to see, to touch, so
to give concreteness to our desires and imagination. from
for this reason large marble slabs were exposed
dimensions – to get a more vibrant image,
as authentic as possible of some surfaces on which the veins
form infinite patterns.
The peculiarity of this project consisted in the harmonization of two
visual discourses in a single narrative: a personal one,
in which emotion is essential and another professional, what does it matter
by complying with the functions imposed by such
showroom – hence the substantial experience that
offers a visit to Pazo, no matter what you're looking for.
