The residential complex consists of 10 buildings, each of it having 6 row houses.
Structurally, the buildings are constructed in reinforced concrete frames with masonry closures. The partitions are made of brick masonry.
The ground floor of each dwelling consists of a hall, a bathroom, a kitchen and a living room with an exit to the outdoor terrace. The access to the first floor is made by a reinforced concrete staircase. The first floor is designed for bedrooms: 3 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, upstairs lobby and 2 balconies.
The dwellings are each provided with central heating and radiators. The water supply is made from the local water network. The buildings are connected to the gas and electricity networks in the area.
Structural and constructional solutions, finishing materials and installations are standard, but the image is atypical, modern.
