Dynamic spaces – apartment smart luxury

Authors’ Comment

The space that we were working with is a one bedroom apartment with an area of 48,38 m² situated in the Belvedere Residences residential complex. The proposed scenario envisions a flexible space suited for a young couple with an active life. The night area is separated from the day area by a powerful element that has a double role: it divides the spaces and offers different levels of intimacy within the apartment, also, it becomes a furniture piece that has various functions – a small bookcase near the desk, a TV area along the living and dining area and a reading nook towards the bedroom. Regarding the colors, the project tries to find a balance between the pastels dusty pink, beige, cream and the stronger colors like dark blue and grey with accents of copper, black and gold. The main focal point of the project is the flexible and adaptable space, suited for the modern life – always dynamic and always changing.
