The land of the house has an area of 485 sqm, and the house has a built area of 179 sqm and a developed area of 297 sqm.
The single-family home SD is located in Bucharest, on a lot with a generous area compared to the area of other urban lots.
The living rooms communicate with the courtyard both through glazed areas and through loggias and terraces as transitional spaces.
The exterior image of the building aims to be clean and contemporary, by using a simple volume that works with the finishes.
