Authors’ Comment

Rigid delimitation with “soft” partitions stretched with “rebar”.

52 photographic strips – 240 x 130 cm – made of 110 - gram synthetic material, fragment the linear route through the monumental spaces of Malmaison (staircase, hallways, gallery) and propose a different “score” through space.

Result: a sinuous movement among overlapping images (silhouettes captured during the protests in Bucharest).

Crowded.

Blurred reference points.

The density of textile material per square meter increases inversely proportional to the distance from the entrance.

Artworks with surfaces of 4 square meters are centrifuged along the walls and lost in the “crowd.”

Dissatisfied authors (just like the protesters).

The viewer–artwork relationship is conditioned by the intersections with the routes of other visitors.

Few places allow you to view the perimetral paintings head-on.
