Contemporary art returns, for the second time in 2026, to the reconfigured exhibition spaces of UAUIM Bucharest – the Mincu Gallery. Following this year’s first event (Rhythmic Stress), which ran from 16 July to 12 September, the public was invited to explore group dynamics and collective endeavours in OFFSIDE. An /SAC exhibition bringing together common concerns across various artistic disciplines that ‘co-exist and co-create’, curated by Alex Radu and organised into five exhibition sections. Themes such as competitiveness, diversity, the playful dimension of the game, and, at the opposite end of the spectrum, aggression and rhythmic tensions, are reflected in the exhibition space through a colour code – a reference to the clear and defined rules of the game and sporting competition.
