Authors’ Comment

A composition of clean volumes, emphasized by contemporary metal or masonry lattice elements. The ground floor, mainly opaque is meant to be an antithesis of the top floor, deliberately open. The volumes that define the bedrooms on the first floor mediate the tension between the two registers with a composition of cantilevers.
