With a precise compositional approach and a carefully calibrated aesthetic, the Prima Vista showroom reinterprets the traditional sales office in a contemporary, refined, and deeply contextual manner. Located within the namesake residential development, the multifunctional space includes a generous lobby, two work offices, and a restroom. The project transcends the role of a mere meeting point, becoming a faithful extension of the developer’s architectural vision and core values.
The main focal point of the composition is the ceiling — an angular deployment that infuses the interior with rhythm and spatial depth. Zig-zag geometries with sharply drawn edges and consistent angles give rise to a sculptural sequence that modulates spatial perception and introduces a controlled tension between light and volume.
Transitions between functional zones are marked by vertical portal frames crafted from warm-toned wood slats, acting as visual filters and adding cadence to the wall surfaces. Within this scenography, the custom-designed furniture pieces become spatial landmarks: the desks, finished in bold tones and graphic silhouettes, are seamlessly embedded into the geometric logic of the overall layout without disrupting its visual consistency.
The chromatic palette introduces a refined yet unexpected contrast: a pale blue ceiling provides a serene backdrop, while natural wood veneers bring warmth and domesticity. Strong accents—such as the deep burgundy of the central desk, the black seating elements, and the presence of richly colored decorative objects—inject energy into the neutral base and reinforce the ensemble’s visual identity.
The furniture selection consists entirely of characterful pieces, with sculptural presence and refined detailing: chairs with curved silhouettes and metal frames, a minimalist dark wood armchair, an organic-shaped boucle sofa, and a low cylindrical table. Each item balances aesthetics and ergonomics, addressing both the sensory and functional needs of daily use.
Lighting further defines the spatial identity and enhances the design intentions: recessed spotlights serve as discreet light sources, while table and floor lamps create focal points that allow for varied ambient scenarios. The calibrated play of reflections, shadows, and contrast contributes to a sophisticated, almost theatrical atmosphere.
Storage solutions are elegantly integrated into the architectural language: built-in furniture and recessed shelving systems merge seamlessly with wall treatments. The result is a clean, continuous visual rhythm that preserves clarity and openness throughout the space.
The Prima Vista office project showcases a mature and articulated approach to commercial interior design. It is a refined intervention that speaks of identity, efficiency, personality, and visual coherence—offering a benchmark for spaces where utility meets aesthetic intention in a harmonious dialogue.
