Urban Context: the site is found in a crowded district dominated by series of collective housing blocks with a relative height of P+8E/P+10E
Investors requirement: Housing block which achieves the necessary criteria of quality , comfort and urbanism.
Design concepts:
• establish individuality in an indifferent context
• keeping the human scale in an otherwise massive context
• otherness, the bright image of collective housing
• using the third floor and it`s terrace as collectives space.
