It is all about the product in the new French Revolution Eclairs shop. Mostly brushed stainless steel as one big baking or refrigeration unit to highlight the freshness of the eclairs. The mirrors multiply the space as if in an infinite production facility. Benches and tables are made of identical pieces of massive walnut in the shape of eclairs. The impressive Tekiò paper lamps bring a sculptural value to the otherwise minimal set-up. There is no color in the design except the brown of the benches in tone with some of the eclairs and the slightly warm tone of the marble terrazzo to complement the pastries colors. The décor is mostly neutral: stainless steel, mirror, white marble, in order to leave center stage to the beautiful colors of the eclairs ingredients.

The client needed a formula at the same time memorable, recognizable, and easy to implement and manage as it intends to open a few more shops (this is the fifth).

Innovation lies in simplicity, in using a minimum of means to highlight and transmit maximum about the product. The strong, unbreakable materials, almost aging-proof, colorless, are devised for permanency, a synonym for sustainability. It is at the same time neutral but strong in personality, it is easily replicable and one hundred percent tailored around the product.
