La Quinta Villas is a residential ensemble of five individual homes, designed around a shared courtyard that offers privacy, architectural coherence and a sense of belonging.
Each home features a covered terrace that creates a natural transition between the interior and the garden. These intermediate spaces filter natural light, frame views and ensure privacy from both the shared courtyard and the private gardens. The terraces thus become an extension of the living space, blurring the boundary between inside and outside and enhancing the residents' everyday comfort.
