Authors’ Comment

The project proposes a new set of collective housing in synergy with nature and especially with the sea. Focusing on this, the concept aims to bring the sea both inside and in the apartments. Thus, the complex accommodates parking lots for all 75 apartments, a commercial space that can be used depending on the needs of residents and of the nearby area, all of which are complemented by the common terrace with infinity pool.
