Developed in the northern part of Bucharest, the new residential development (S+P+4E+5R) will provide some the best facilities for its inhabitants.
With a final total gross area of aprox. 115,000 sqm and an underground level of 11,000 sqm, the compound will accommodate in the end around 800 apartments with 2, 3 or 4 rooms, while some buildings will also provide commercial spaces on the ground floor.
