The LOOP proposes the conversion of a building within the Bragadiru Brewery complex into a Culinary Arts Academy. Through adaptive reuse, the project reactivates a valuable component of the site's industrial heritage while introducing an educational program dedicated to gastronomy. The intervention preserves the identity of the existing structure while transforming it into a space for learning and social interaction. By integrating educational, public, and hospitality functions, the project contributes to the revitalization of the Bragadiru complex. Inspired by the principles of the Slow Food movement and the concept of Sitopia, the project is conceived as a continuous cycle of cultivation, learning, food preparation, and culinary experience. The rooftop greenhouse becomes the central element of this cycle, providing ingredients for educational workshops and the public restaurant, fostering a deeper understanding of the relationship between food production and consumption.
