The House with Ogival Windows gravitates around the roundabout on Stelea Spătarul Street. The façades feature neo-Gothic elements. It is a category B historical monument, integrated into the protected area no. 26 Lipscani. Located near the Coral Temple, the bookstore, the proposed function for the site, is intended to reconnect residents and visitors with the multicultural heritage of the area, promoting a harmonious relationship between past and present. The space will include a café and a multifunctional area for cultural events. Through the connection between the two courtyards, the site's and the temple's, I aim to create a pedestrian alternative. The selection of materials—concrete, glass, mosaic, wood, brass, and water—gives a timeless elegance and a tactile dimension. It was important to implement interventions and design furniture elements that uphold respect for the existing structure.
