The Doamna Ghica residential development was designed in orde to be part of a massive urban development in the Baicului Area, in the eastern part of Bucharest.
This new urban developmetn is supposed to incorporate a series of new compounds that will provide the proper space for a wide range of new residential and office buildings.
Therefore, this next residential project will mix together residential units, office spaces and a kindergarden, with a total gross building area of approximately 27 000 sqm, while also providing the green areas needed for a development situated in the central area of Bucharest.
