Monarch is a high-concept architectural and experiential project, located on the remote island of Anuanurunga in French Polynesia. Developed as a reflection on transformation and identity, Monarch draws formal and symbolic inspiration from the butterfly, its structure, life cycle, and capacity for change.
The project consists of four primary structures, each positioned on the atoll to engage with the surrounding landscape, light, and ocean views. These built forms are designed to suggest motion and equilibrium—without literal representation. Their presence is sculptural, but also functional.
Integrated within the architectural core are four digital interior capsules, accessible including in fully virtual formats. Each capsule is themed around a season, Spring, Summer, Autumn, Winter, and developed as a spatial environment where emotion, materiality, and presence intersect.
These capsules are not decorative elements, they function as immersive units, designed for use in VR exhibitions, branded digital environments, and interactive cultural platforms.
The overarching aim of the Monarch project is to create a platform for high-end spatial content that merges architecture with technological flexibility, and emotional resonance.
It addresses the growing demand for digital spaces with narrative depth, suitable for applications across the metaverse, cultural institutions and brand ecosystems.
Monarch offers a scalable design enabling both exclusive partnerships and modular deployment across virtual and hybrid formats. It is positioned not only as an art-driven installation, but as a strategic digital real estate and IP asset with long-term value.
