The interior design of the World Class One High District fitness club marks the beginning of a series of interventions aimed at the aesthetic and functional renewal of existing spaces, rethinking both the environment dedicated to training and the way movement is perceived and experienced.

The project defines a new identity for the fitness club, expressed through the choice of materials and the atmosphere created within each space. The interior supports a range of experiences, from high-intensity exercise to controlled movement and moments of relaxation.

The design is structured around two distinct registers: high intensity and low intensity. Their differences are articulated through materiality, colour, geometry and light, giving each area its own character while maintaining a coherent overall design language.

In the high-intensity training areas, the exposed ceiling and visible building services are treated entirely in burgundy. The colour visually unifies the technical elements while preserving the direct, utilitarian expression of the space, adding depth and giving it a distinctive identity. Strong geometries and linear lighting compositions reinforce this atmosphere, reflecting the energy and rhythm of the workout.

In the studios, Pilates room, swimming pool, reception and lounge areas, the interior takes on a warmer character. Timber, neutral tones and light surfaces are combined with curved forms that soften the geometric rigour of the high-intensity areas. Softer lighting complements these choices, creating spaces dedicated to focus, relaxation and social interaction.

The interior follows the changing rhythms of those who use it, giving equal consideration to the workout itself and to the time spent before and after it.
