Housing building

Authors’ Comment

The building located on Louis Blanc street, a street that is well defined, with houses of similar heights, dating from the end of nineteenth century to the early twentieth century, of the interwar period, but also with contemporary interventions, is, as a main image, subordinated to the site.
The building contains one level apartments, with a 200 sqm area per level.
Since the apartments have a high degree of confort, the facades have been properly considerated on the same manner, with ventilated walls and white fiber cement tiles, a durable and well-aging material.
