Since it is a rental apartment and not everyone prefers strong and rich colors, I used neutral colors for the walls and furniture. The color accent can be given by decorations, paintings, pillows, coffee tables and other accessories. For this project, the finishes were already in place and the client wanted to include as many storage spaces as possible, to be very practical and with a low budget.
We proposed a lot of storage but at the same time we created a fluid and unitary space. We left room for personalization, through shelves where personal items, decorations and paintings can be placed.
The kitchen has simple lines and is practical.
The bathroom is simple and functional. It contains a sink with storage. The colors are neutral and accents can be given by towels, decorations and other objects.
