Subtle simplicity

Since we saw the apartment that has an opening to the Black Sea, from all 3 rooms facing it, we wanted to honor the direct perspective to the Sea.

The feeling that anyone who enters this apartment, even from the front door, is of a sudden calmness in the field of vision, a calmness that is immediately felt in the body, due to the waves of the Sea that can be seen in the sea, because it is not visible nothing else from the large windows of the rooms facing a wide terrace, but the water and the sky.

The furnishing was thought out in a poetic chromaticity of shades of sand and oatmeal, pastel blue, water-washed seashells, pure white, dripping with subtle brass tones, all of which create a soothing and pleasant ambience that you hardly want to leave it and you enjoy it because it lets the outside feel like you're going inside, making it seem even closer than it really is.

The materials we have chosen in the design are full of tactile textures, starting from the painted wooden parquet, the decorative paint with imprinted leaves (which is already our signature in the projects we do and for which we run after natural leaves in every project which we carefully choose before they are imprinted on the walls), the ceramic tiles in the bathroom that have the texture of raw stone and even the linen and curled cotton textiles that pamper the skin in contact with them.

When we took over the apartment for furnishing, it was at the brick stage, so we had the freedom to think from the beginning about the lighting plan, the positions of Ac appliances so that they are hidden, to choose the finishes for all the spaces and to establish the furniture according to needs, without depending on a given plan of facilities to take into account, which would certainly have limited us in achieving the desired result.
