The “Serenity” apartment, designed for Airbnb rental, is located in the Civic Center of Brașov, in an exceptionally attractive area that offers numerous opportunities for both tourists and business travelers. Its central location provides quick access to the city’s main tourist attractions, including Piața Sfatului, the Black Church, and other cultural and historical landmarks. Additionally, the proximity to restaurants, cafes, shopping centers, and public transportation networks represents a significant advantage, enhancing the visitor experience and contributing to a steady flow of clients. The apartment is situated in a building constructed in the 1980s and features a spacious open-plan living area and two separate bedrooms, which are accessed through a hallway, ensuring the privacy and tranquility needed in the sleeping areas.
The living area is defined by a multifunctional central island that serves both as a breakfast bar and as a spatial divider between the kitchen and the living room.
