The house is part of a sustainable residential complex, built according to passive house standards, which successfully combines bioclimatic principles in harmony with the surrounding environment. At the heart of the design concept was the desire to find a balance between modernity/ functionality and a touch of elegance. The focus was on creating spacious, clean rooms adapted to the family’s needs, while also making sure to offer generous and discreet storage solutions in the design. In the living room, the centerpiece of the home - a custom bookcase displays souvenirs and books collected from travels - adds a personal touch to their passion. The child's room was designed in harmony with his current interest in the cosmos. The main focus of the small bedroom is the desk, designed to meet the needs of the growing child and provide an adaptable environment for stimulating creativity and learning. In the master bedroom the furniture, drapery and headboard are carefully arranged to join the space in a subtle median line, allowing an elegant look and cozy atmosphere.
